Is it not true that we hold everything in awe what we have failed to achieve - Money, love, job, house……
Losing weight is more of a psychological problem than a physical one to start with. It needs to start with counselling, morale boosting, and simple baby steps.

- MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD. DON’T RELY ON FAST FOOD VENDORS. THEY DON’T CARE FOR YOUR LOVE HANDLES
- EAT SLOWLY WHILE ENJOYING EVERY GULP
- STARVING IS NEVER THE SOLUTION. RUNNING AWAY FROM NATURE WILL NOT HELP.
- BREATHING EXERCISES ARE A GREAT HELP. YOU CAN DO IT ANYWHERE.
- EXERCISE WILL HELP BUT EVEN MORE SO WHEN SUPPORTED BY GOOD DIET & DISCIPLINE
- WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE WALKING, RUN….
- KEEP TRIVIAL ISSUES & MENTAL STRESS AT BAY
These are all achievable options and soon become a habit…But, they have the potential to change our lives forever!
