Top 10 baby steps to weight loss!

Is it not true that we hold everything in awe what we have failed to achieve - Money, love, job, house……

Losing weight is more of a psychological problem than a physical one to start with. It needs to start with counselling, morale boosting, and simple baby steps.

Lets see, how we can change our lives by a slight change in our routine and habits-

  1. EAT AT INTERVALS. AVOID BULK INTAKE.
  2. ANY SLEEP TIME BETWEEN 7 - 9 HRS. SHOULD BE FINE FOR THE BODY TO ACHIEVE A MENTAL & PHYSICAL EQUILIBRIUM
  3. SUBSTITUTE SUGARY DRINKS, POP, AND CAFFEINE WITH PURE WATER - THIS WILL WORK WONDERS
  4. MAKE YOUR OWN FOOD. DON’T RELY ON FAST FOOD VENDORS. THEY DON’T CARE FOR YOUR LOVE HANDLES
  5. EAT SLOWLY WHILE ENJOYING EVERY GULP
  6. STARVING IS NEVER THE SOLUTION. RUNNING AWAY FROM NATURE WILL NOT HELP.
  7. BREATHING EXERCISES ARE A GREAT HELP. YOU CAN DO IT ANYWHERE.
  8. EXERCISE WILL HELP BUT EVEN MORE SO WHEN SUPPORTED BY GOOD DIET & DISCIPLINE
  9. WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE WALKING, RUN….
  10. KEEP TRIVIAL ISSUES & MENTAL STRESS AT BAY

These are all achievable options and soon become a habit…But, they have the potential to change our lives forever!
